11/4/11 – Italian Companies Head for Largest Building Exhibition in Eastern Europe
Ceramic and heavy clay machinery producers set off for MosBuild. A group of Acimac member companies to take part in MosBuild, the largest building exhibition in Eastern Europe
Acimac and the Italian Trade Commission ICE are organising an Italian pavilion of 36 companies at MosBuild, the leading Russian exhibition devoted to building, construction and interior architecture to be held from 5 to 8 April in the Expocenter and Crocus Expo trade fair centres in Moscow.
The Italian companies will be present as part of Technoceramica, the MosBuild section devoted to technologies for the ceramic and heavy clay industries which has seen a 34% increase in exhibition space bookings this year.
The Italian companies taking part are Air Power Group, Allround, Bedeschi, BMR, Ca.m.i., Capaccioli, Cerchimica, Cismac Automazioni, Coeltunnel, Colorobbia Italia, Comet, Diatex, Esmalglass, Ferrari & Cigarini, Gambarelli Impianti, H3M, Hydra Italia, I.C.F. & Welko, Lamberti, Marcheluzzo Impianti, Martinelli Ettore, S.A.I.T., Saati, Sacmi Imola, Said, Sicer International, Siderurgica Scopetti, Siti – B&T Group, System, Tecnema, Tecnodiamant, Tecnoferrari, Tecnofiliere, Tyrolit Vincent and World Jet.
The Russian market continues to be a major target for Italian companies. Following the strong performance of 2010, the local market offers an equally optimistic outlook for the current year. Building on 7.7% growth in 2010, national tile production is expected to see a further increase of around 10% this year, bringing production to around 138-139 million sq.m.
