Rockwell Diamonds Inc president resigns.

Dr. John Bristow has resigned from the position as President and CEO of Rockwell Diamonds Inc though he continues as a director and will provide consultancy services as the company looks for a replacement.
During 2010, Rockwell Diamonds which has three mines in South Africa and is headquartered in Canada, started a corporate management growth strategy. This has involved appoints recruitment of a new Chief Operational Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other senior operational and financial management. As part of this process, the Company plans to complete the engagement of an experienced senior executive as President and CEO who has equal financial and operational background. In the interim, the COO and CFO are reporting to a Board Committee.
In September, Gary Wu joined the Board as a Director to replace Yong Guo who stepped down from the Rockwell’s Board to focus on start-up business opportunities in China. William Fisher resigned from the Board of Rockwell to pursue his business interests in the international exploration and mining sector. Gerhard Jacobs was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Leon Meyer joined the Company as the Manager of the company’s Tirisano Project.
