Air Products, will showcase its PolarFit(TM) industrial gas-based technologies and process improvement solutions for deflashing, grinding, process cooling and inerting at this year’s Rubber Expo in Cleveland, Ohio, from October 11-13.
"Air Products has decades of laboratory and plant experience in cryogenics," said Glenn Stroup, industry engineer for Industrial Cryogenics at Air Products. "We have a very knowledgeable team who works closely with our customers to analyze and understand their entire processes. This enables us to help them identify areas for potential improvements and recommend solutions that can help improve the efficiency, safety and profitability of their operations."
Air Products has a state-of-the-art lab in Allentown, Pa., where the company can test a customer’s product on production-scale equipment to help determine the feasibility of using cryogenics in their process and also to help quantify the benefits versus the cost. For customers who want to evaluate their cryogenic deflashing or grinding processes, the lab provides access to the latest in testing equipment and services that can help them improve throughput, enhance quality, and reduce capital and operating expenditures.
